As you enter the bright and roomy apartment, there is a fully fitted Kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. There is also a separate Utility Room which houses the washing machine. The comfortable Lounge/Dining area is complete with a two beautiful leather sofas, one being a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, fitted wardrobes and a full ensuite Bathroom. The Second Bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with a bath/shower next to it. There is a covered Terrace complete with garden furniture accessible from the Lounge. The delightful Pool area is surrounded by beautiful Landscaped Gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these Gardens takes you to the Beach, where there is very attractive Promenade and two Chiringuitos (Beach Bars) "Pepes" and "La Antigua". The Urbanisation benefits from the exclusive beach front location with access to miles of clean sandy beaches. Rental prices are IN £stirling per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included and we can provide you with a basic Welcome Pack for your convenience.
